At ARS, we believe that residents in San Diego, CA cannot go wrong by contacting our professional team for exceptional heating, air conditioning and indoor air quality services. We also believe that homeowners must make this decision for themselves, though, and that they must be sure that they have made an informed decision.
That is why, back in September, ARS general manager Colin Martodam shared 10 steps to help you choose a trustworthy HVAC contractor. As Colin explained in East County Magazine, “There are a lot of great companies out there performing quality services for customers. Our air conditioning system was not working well in the hot August and September weather. The ARS service man (Magil) leak tested the system and determined the builder had not put enough refrigerant in the system, as we purchased our model home only about 1 and 1/2 years ago from Tri-Pointe. He will return and check the pressure in about two weeks. ARS was courteous and professional in all our contacts. We signed up for and annual service plan and requested to keep Magil on our account.Lester T.
